Carlos Wallace Smith Jr. is an accomplished executive and community leader, currently serving as CEO of Smith Consulting, a premier management consultancy firm, and co-owner of Hopeville Homes, both located in Minnesota, USA. In addition, he directs the Carlos and Keko Smith Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to enhancing education, arts, and community development in Liberia.
